Ці цифри не для того, щоб обмежити тебе в перший день — за один день у них важко впертися. Вони потрібні, щоб безкоштовний день не став безкоштовним тарифом назавжди: після 24 годин або для другого відео потрібна підписка, і ми вважаємо чеснішим сказати це тут, ніж на четвертому екрані.
Де й чим платити
Оплата йде через App Store або Google Play — тим способом, який уже прив'язаний до твого телефона. Ціни вказані в доларах США. У країнах єврозони ціна — та сама цифра в євро, в інших валютах — кругла сума за курсом; магазин покаже її у твоїй валюті.

Чи можна перейти на інший тариф?
Так, у будь-який момент — на екрані підписки в застосунку. Перед підтвердженням застосунок покаже, коли зміна почнеться і скільки коштуватиме: це залежить від магазину і від того, дорожчий тариф чи дешевший.
Чому немає безкоштовного тарифу?

Try it first — no card
On a phone new to Deep In, the first library video you open is free for 24 hours after you sign up. Sign in with Google or email (or Apple, on iPhone); no card. This is not a trimmed demo: everything works with that video — word meanings, spoken pronunciations, saving words, Solomia in chat, and even the live voice call. A second video needs a plan; a YouTube video of your own needs Basic or Deep.
Enough for a day, with room to spare
These numbers are not there to cut your first day short — in 24 hours they are hard to reach. They exist so that a free day does not turn into a free tier: after 24 hours, or for a second video, it is a subscription, and we would rather say so here than on the fourth screen.
Where and how you pay
Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, using whatever is already attached to your phone. Prices are in US dollars. Where the euro is used, the price is the same figure in euros; in other currencies it is a round sum at the exchange rate, and your store shows it in your own currency.
You can cancel any time in your store's subscription settings, where the next charge date is also shown.
Common questions about paying
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. On a phone new to Deep In, your first library video is free for 24 hours after sign-up, with no card. Everything works with it, including 30 minutes of live voice call.
What is the free week?
New subscribers are not charged for the first week. It is the store's trial: cancel before it ends and nothing is taken at all.
What is the difference between Lite and Basic?
One thing: on Lite you can't add your own YouTube videos. The whole library, Solomia, vocabulary and voice messages are the same, and a video a friend shares with you in Deep In can still be added.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any point, on the subscription screen in the app. Before you confirm, the app shows when the change starts and what it costs — that depends on the store and on whether the plan is up or down.
Why is there no free tier?
Because every conversation with Solomia and every spoken word costs us money at the moment you use it. Rather than a free tier trimmed down to uselessness, we give you one video with everything working for 24 hours, and an honest price after that.
