1. Прийняття умов
Ці Умови є договором між тобою і «ДИЙП ИН» ЕДПК (ЄЕІК 208772397, Софія, Болгарія) («Deep In», «ми»). Встановлюючи чи використовуючи застосунок Deep In, ти погоджуєшся з цими Умовами і з Політикою конфіденційності. Якщо не погоджуєшся — не користуйся застосунком.
2. Право користування та вік
Застосунок призначений для осіб від 16 років. Особи молодші за 16 років користуватися не можуть. При першому запуску застосунок питає вік; хто вказує менше 16, доступу не отримує.
3. Обліковий запис
Ти відповідаєш за збереження доступу до свого акаунта і за дії, вчинені під ним. Вхід — через одноразовий код на email або через Apple чи Google. Повідом нас про несанкціонований доступ. Ти можеш видалити акаунт у застосунку будь-коли.
4. Підписки та оплата
- Deep In пропонує безкоштовний рівень і платні підписки (deep, master).
- Покупки обробляються через Apple App Store або Google Play і регулюються також їхніми умовами. Ми не обробляємо платіжні дані.
- Підписки автоматично поновлюються, доки ти не вимкнеш автопоновлення щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду. Керувати підпискою можна в налаштуваннях Apple ID або Google-акаунта.
- Повернення коштів здійснюються за правилами Apple/Google; ми зазвичай не можемо повернути кошти напряму.
- Ціни і склад тарифів можуть змінюватися; зміни не діють ретроспективно на вже сплачений період.
5. Допустиме використання
Ти погоджуєшся не порушувати закон; не обходити ліміти, захист чи автентифікацію; не зловживати сервісами ШІ (спам, шкідливий чи незаконний контент, спроби «зламати» модель); не перевантажувати сервіс; не порушувати чужі права.
6. Контент, який додаєш ти
Ти можеш додавати відео за посиланням (наприклад, з YouTube). Ти підтверджуєш, що маєш право надати таке посилання, і відповідаєш за свій вибір. Ми можемо прибрати будь-який контент чи посилання на власний розсуд.
7. Сторонній контент (YouTube)
Відео відтворюються через сторонні платформи (зокрема YouTube) і належать їхнім правовласникам. Ми не володіємо цим контентом, не контролюємо його і не відповідаємо за нього; використання YouTube регулюється умовами YouTube/Google. Доступність відео може змінюватися без нашого відома.
8. Інтелектуальна власність
Застосунок, бренд Deep In, дизайн, тексти й код належать нам або нашим ліцензіарам. Ми надаємо тобі обмежену, невиключну, невідчужувану ліцензію на особисте некомерційне використання застосунку. Твій навчальний контент (словник, нотатки) залишається твоїм.
9. Функції ШІ — «як є»
Переклади, відповіді репетитора, транскрипти й озвучення генеруються автоматично і можуть містити помилки чи неточності. Вони надаються для навчання і не є професійною (юридичною, медичною тощо) порадою. Перевіряй важливу інформацію самостійно.
10. Відмова від гарантій
Застосунок надається «як є» і «як доступно», без будь-яких гарантій у межах, дозволених законом, зокрема щодо придатності для певної мети, безперебійності чи відсутності помилок.
11. Обмеження відповідальності
У максимально дозволених законом межах Deep In не відповідає за непрямі, випадкові чи побічні збитки. Наша сукупна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ти сплатив нам за 12 місяців до події, що спричинила вимогу. Ніщо в цих Умовах не обмежує відповідальність, яку не можна обмежити за законом, і не звужує обов'язкових прав споживача.
12. Призупинення і припинення
Ми можемо призупинити чи припинити доступ у разі порушення цих Умов або закону. Ти можеш припинити користування будь-коли, видаливши акаунт. Розділи 8–11 та 13 зберігають чинність після припинення.
13. Застосовне право і спори
Ці Умови регулюються правом Болгарії, без урахування колізійних норм. Спори підлягають розгляду в судах за місцем реєстрації Deep In, якщо інше не передбачено обов'язковими нормами захисту прав споживача твоєї країни.
14. Зміни до Умов
Ми можемо оновлювати ці Умови; про суттєві зміни повідомимо в застосунку або поштою. Подальше користування означає прийняття оновлених Умов.

1. Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and DEEP IN EDPK (EIK 208772397, Sofia, Bulgaria) ("Deep In," "we"). By installing or using the Deep In app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and age
The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. Users under 16 may not use it. The app asks your age on first launch; anyone who answers under 16 is not granted access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under it. Sign-in is via a one-time email code, or with Apple or Google. Notify us of any unauthorized access. You may delete your account in the app at any time.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Deep In offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (deep, master).
- Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms. We do not process payment information.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's/Google's policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
- Prices and plan contents may change; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law; circumvent limits, security, or authentication; misuse the AI services (spam, harmful or unlawful content, attempts to jailbreak the model); overload or disrupt the service; or infringe others' rights.
6. Content you add
You may add videos by URL (e.g., from YouTube). You confirm you are permitted to submit such a link and are responsible for your choices. We may remove any content or link at our discretion.
7. Third-party content (YouTube)
Videos play through third-party platforms (including YouTube) and belong to their rights holders. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for that content; your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's/Google's terms. Video availability may change without notice to us.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the Deep In brand, design, text, and code belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your learning content (vocabulary, notes) remains yours.
9. AI output — "as is"
Translations, tutor responses, transcripts, and pronunciations are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided for learning and are not professional (legal, medical, etc.) advice. Verify important information independently.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep In is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the law. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. Sections 8–11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Deep In's place of registration, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country provide otherwise.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
