Акаунт і вхід

Вхід у Deep In відбувається без пароля. Ти вводиш свою пошту, і застосунок надсилає шестизначний код — його треба ввести протягом 15 хвилин.

• Код не приходить. Перевір теку зі спамом. Якщо коду немає — зачекай хвилину й запроси новий; поспіль можна зробити три спроби.
• Зник словник або збережені відео. Найчастіше це вхід з іншої пошти. Перевір, яка адреса вказана в Профілі.
• Змінити пошту. Профіль → Акаунт → змінити email.

Підписка й оплата

Підписками керує App Store або Google Play, а не ми — тому й скасування відбувається там.

• iPhone: Налаштування → твоє ім'я → Підписки → Deep In → Скасувати підписку.
• Android: Google Play → профіль → Платежі та підписки → Deep In → Скасувати.
• Оплатив, а доступу немає. Відкрий екран підписки й натисни «Відновити покупки». Якщо не допомогло — напиши нам.
• Повернення коштів оформлюються через reportaproblem.apple.com або Google Play, бо платіж проходить через них.

Відео та транскрипти

• Відео не грає. Деякі автори забороняють відтворення поза YouTube — тоді ми показуємо це повідомленням. Спробуй інше відео.
• Транскрипт готується. Для щойно доданого відео розшифровка займає кілька хвилин. Можна закрити застосунок — процес не переривається.
• Помилка в перекладі. Напиши нам, вкажи фразу й відео — ми виправляємо такі місця.

Дані та приватність

Видалити акаунт і всі дані можна прямо в застосунку: Профіль → Акаунт → Видалити акаунт. Що саме видаляється і за скільки — описано в Політиці приватності.

Account and sign-in

Deep In signs you in without a password. You enter your email and the app sends a six-digit code, which stays valid for 15 minutes.

• The code doesn't arrive. Check your spam folder. If it still isn't there, wait a minute and request a new one — three requests in a row are allowed.
• My vocabulary or saved videos are gone. Usually this means signing in with a different email. Check which address is shown in your Profile.
• Change your email. Profile → Account → change email.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play rather than by us, so cancellation happens there.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deep In → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Deep In → Cancel.
• Paid but no access. Open the subscription screen and tap “Restore purchases”. If that doesn't help, email us.
• Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play, since the payment is handled by them.

Videos and transcripts

• A video won't play. Some creators disable playback outside YouTube; when that happens we say so on screen. Try another video.
• The transcript is still processing. A newly added video takes a few minutes to transcribe. You can close the app — it keeps going.
• A translation looks wrong. Email us with the phrase and the video. We do fix these.

Data and privacy

You can delete your account and all of its data inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. What exactly is removed, and how long it takes, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
